Kid Rock – Devil Without A Cause
Posted on October 24th, 2009 No commentsDevil Without A Cause by Kid Rock

Summary:
Devil Without a Cause is Kid Rock’s breakthrough album. It was released in 1998 by Atlantic Records and produced by John Travis. The album was certified 11 times Platinum by the RIAA by April 2003. In 2007, the National Association of Recording Merchandisers (NARM) and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame named Devil Without A Cause the 68th best album of all time. The album sold just 5000 copies in its first week. The first single “Welcome 2 The Party” with its low budget video failed to make a big impression. A chance meeting at a New York night club with Carson Daly, at the time a VJ for MTV and host of Total Request Live (TRL), got Kid Rock a DJ gig on MTV during their summer break special on TRL. He was eventually booked to perform in December of 1998 on MTV Fashionably Loud which got him noticed by the college crowd and MTV released “I Am The Bullgod” video on their programming. The song was originally released on 1994’s Fire It Up EP, and it became a moderate hit.
The subsequent single, “Bawitdaba”, built off of an old school rap chant and AC/DC style guitars, helped him break into the rock top 10 and ultimately become a household name. He had even greater success with the third single, landing his first pop top 40 hit with “Cowboy”, an oddball mix of rap, southern rock, country and folk. Kid Rock released the ballad “Only God Knows Why”, which was praised as the 1990s version of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Free Bird”. The final single was the southern rocker “Wasting Time”. The rest of the album saw an eclectic mix of rock, rap and country. The rap metal song “~censored~ Off” featured a then-unknown rapper called Eminem.

50:07 minNoble label releases albums under the
concept of “music for daily life” and we
start the new year 2007 with Gutevolk.
Her new album “tiny people singing over
the rainbow” marks the label’s 14th
release.Gutevolk is the project of Hirono
Nishiyama who is known through various
releases from Nobukazu Takemura’s
“Childisc” and Haruomi Hosono’s
“Daisyworld” labels. After her last
album “suomi” which was her first band
effort, she created movie soundtracks
and music for TV commercials, toured
Europe and released a mini album from
Taylor Deupree’s label “Happy”. This
album is her first full album in three
and a half years.Nobel label’s Kazumasa Hashimoto co-
produced Gutevolk’s new album,
arranging, mixing and mastering her
creations. His outstanding arrangement
and processing techniques wrap her
innocent but dignified and noble vocals
which have attracted Nobukazu Takemura
and Masakatsu Takagi and her absorbing
melody line. While this album covers
multiple music genres such as jazz,
bossa nova, soft rock and electronica,
it creates high intensity work, becoming
the future standard of “pop music”.Her vocals evoking faint nostalgia, and
a stream of tracks with catchy melody
lines and beautiful harmony will take
listeners on their own internal journey
to a past, a future, a bottom of the
ocean or an end of the universe.http://www.noble-label.net/?en

NOTE: Previous rip was nuked for bad encoding. And yes, it’s been like 10 months
since that’s happened, but this is a pretty good album by Jason Schwartzman (of
Rushmore, I Heart Huckabees, Phantom Planet, etc), so it deserves a proper
release. Enjoy if you haven’t been already! Also, this must be some enhanced version because there’s a bunch of alternate
versions and such that weren’t included on the first failed release.Jason Schwartzman was first known for being the drummer of the alternative rock
band Phantom Planet. But Schwartzman left the band in the middle of their third
album to try his luck as an actor. Since then he has made his mark on the film
industry in movies such as “I Heart Huckabees” and “Marie Antoinette.” Now he is
back with a solo album called Nighttiming under the persona Coconut Records. The two singles for Nighttiming are easily the best songs on the album. “West
Coast” is a mournful anthem of Schwartzman’s return to the west coast. “West
Coast” shares a lot of qualities with Phantom Planet’s biggest hit “California.”
Even the lyrics seem to be written in response to it. “And I miss you, I’m going
back home to the west coast/ I wish you could put yourself in my suitcase,” as
opposed to “California’s” “California here we come/ Right back where we started
from/ California/ Here we come.”The title track, “Nighttiming,” sounds like a mix between 70’s disco and 80’s
new age music, but somehow the result is good. The first impression I got of
this song was bad, but I came around to the extremely catchy chorus and music.
“Summer Day,” appeared on the soundtrack for “Spiderman 3.” In fact, costar
Kirsten Dunst sings the background vocals throughout the song.Nighttiming has lots of different sounds, from Weezer-esque rock songs to a
unique type of indie pop rock. There are a lot of acoustic jingles like “This
Old Machine,” “Slowly,” and “Mamma,” none of which are good enough to give much
attention to. Many songs on the album don’t surpass three minutes long, and all
twelve songs on the album barely run thirty-three minutes. Some notable songs
are “Minding My Own Business” and my personal favorite “It’s Not You It’s Me.”This CD may not be for anyone who wants really introspective music, but it is
good for easy listening and on some songs, rocking out.Coconut_Records-Nighttiming-(Proper)-2007-RTB

Works even if you have a key already installed, just delete the key!
Tricks the Kaspersky servers into thinking YOU are part of the beta program and gives you a free key every time you need it!
6500+ Downloads
9/18/09 ~ Have been getting issues from people about reactivation in the 2nd month. You must delete the old beta key first before you try to activate it again otherwise you wont get the Beta option.
I know how unreliable keys can be for Kaspersky. They get blacklisted, they expire, or you can’t ever update. Not anymore! There is a way to activate your IS or AV or both with a Beta license straight from Kaspersky themselves. This is a one time activation process, and once it’s been done you will never have to install another key again! Once you have Kaspersky installed just follow these steps and you will have your Beta license in 5 minutes. If you don’t have Kaspersky IS or AV already you can download them with these links. They are the .EXE so no winRAR needed.
